Both Laura and Holly have many years of customer service experience and their primary job is to provide the highest level of customer service to our valued customers.  Each customer is assigned a primary account manager, so you have one person to contact for all of your customer service needs.  After you place your Purchase Order via e-mail or fax, your account manager will provide our Sales Order Confirmation back to you in order to verify that all of the ordelinr information is correct.  Our Sales Order Confirmation will also include the projected ship date, which is usually within 5 working days (unless special requirements are needed). 

Your account manager can handle all of your questions; if you have a need to follow-up on your order, please call either Holly or Laura and they will obtain the information from our Operations or Quality Assurance Departments.  It’s our goal to process your orders both timely and efficiently and to meet all of your expectations.  California Family Foods is built on relationships and this starts with our excellent customer service experience.
